Moran developed an abandoned 17-acre gravel bank and former Quonset Drive-In into a project comprising both condos for home ownership and apartments for lease. The project involved working with the Town to draft a new zoning district, securing approvals, applying the Land Condominium Concept and working closely with engineering and architectural firms to achieve specific design goals. The project currently accounts for over $50 million in tax valuation for the town.
