As Principal and CEO of the property development company, Steven leads the overall vision and direction of the firm, overseeing development strategy, entitlements and approvals, key relationships, and external affairs. With more than 30 years of experience, he is known for navigating complex projects and building strong partnerships that drive successful, community-focused developments.
Lynn has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry and comes from two generations of real estate developers. She oversees company operations, guides development strategy, and plays a key role in financial decision-making and community engagement initiatives. She graduated from Boston College with a degree in Economics and received her MBA from Southern Methodist University. She has served on the boards of BankRI and CrossroadsRI and she is the Founder and the current President of the Post Road Business Alliance.
Edmond serves as CFO of the development company, overseeing financial strategy, capital planning, and fiscal operations across the portfolio. He is a CPA and a graduate of Providence College, bringing a disciplined, analytical approach to financial management and long-term growth.
Eugene oversees all phases of project execution across the company’s portfolio. He brings extensive experience in the building industry, having managed numerous commercial, residential and multifamily construction projects, including hotel developments overseas. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Rhode Island and is known for delivering high-quality projects on time and budget with a disciplined, hands-on approach.
Katie brings over 20 years of commercial and residential property management experience, with expertise in operations, tenant relations, and asset performance. She maintains high standards, accountability and builds strong tenant relationships. She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and outdoor activities.
Lauren manages asset performance and guides product development and design strategy across projects. She holds an MBA and a Communications degree. Outside of work, she enjoys golf and spending time with her family.
Jessica has over eight years of experience supporting accounting and day to day operations. She is known for her detail-oriented approach and for keeping the business organized and running smoothly. Jessica holds a MBA from Salve Regina University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.
