Saw Mill Square

We developed an abandoned, 17-acre, gravel bank and former Quonset Drive-In, into a 30 million dollar, mixed-use project consisting of a condominium and apartment community with an adjacent commercial component. The project involved working with the Town to draft a new zoning district to accommodate the Town’s first sole site, mixed-use project. We secured approvals and used the Land Condominium concept while working closely with engineering and architectural firms to achieve specific goals in design.

Meadows Professional Office Park

We exercised development rights for the final building of the park. We currently own the majority of and manage over 100,000 sf office space. Major tenants include Beacon Hospice, Perspectives, Community Provider Network, Edward Jones and RICBT offices.

Scrabbletown Office Park

Redeveloped a blighted residential multi-family property into suburban professional office space. The project involved securing approvals, demolition, re-working the site and building design. Major tenants include Kingstown Pediatrics, Axia Insurance, and Waterman Eye Care.
